By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Return & Cancellation Policy:
Returns accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. If we've made an error, we will ship the correct item(s) or pay the return postage cost. In the event your order arrives damaged, please retain all of the original packing materials as this may be needed for an insurance claim with the carrier.
Buyer remorse returns: (ordered the incorrect size/color etc) the customer will be responsible for the return postage.
Address Accuracy:
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Orders returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect addresses will not be refunded original shipping costs, including orders that qualified for free shipping.

Customers will be invoiced for the postage cost to reship the order. Orders will be reshipped once the invoice has been paid.

Eligible returns may be subject up to a 20% restocking fee.

This fee helps cover processing time, labor, and inventory handling.

Many of our items are individually selected and prepared, and cancellations may occur after work has already begun on your order.
Non-Returnable Items
- Bath & Body Products, essential oils, Face masks, Earrings, custom or personalized items.
All returns must include attached tags and/or be in original packaging and in unused condition.
Please ensure the return is packaged well and arrives back to us in the same condition you received it. Improper packaging could cause the item to be damaged. If damage occurs, no refund will be issued.
