Returns

Returns: Returns will be accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery and we will cover the postage cost if we have made an error. If the return is due to buyer remorse, (ordered the incorrect size/color etc) you will be responsible for the return postage.

Please inform us within 7 days from delivery so that we can authorize your return. A 20% restocking fee may apply to orders that are returned due to insufficient address, or where the customer requests a cancellation prior to shipping. If the order must be reshipped due to insufficient/incomplete address on the first delivery attempt, additional postage will be required. Please check your shipping information carefully when placing your orders. All returns must include attached tags and or be in original packaging and in unused condition.

Please ensure the return is packaged well and arrives back to us in the same condition you received it. Improper packaging could cause the item to be damaged. If damage occurs, no refund will be issued. 

Returns Not Accepted On: Bath & Body Products, essential oils, Face masks Or Earrings.
